Director of Global Operations

Kelsey is a seasoned fundraising operations professional with fifteen years of experience. She manages the fundraising systems and processes for Global Conservation. Prior to joining GC, Kelsey worked at Re:wild managing a major systems migration. She also worked at Tompkins Conservation in fundraising and special projects. She served as a consultant with E.O. Wilson Biodiversity Foundation to implement their systems migration. Kelsey previously worked at The Nature Conservancy for their North America Region. 

Kelsey holds her Masters of Public Service Administration from DePaul University and BA in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University. Kelsey is based in southeast Michigan with her husband and daughter.
